Where is the pharmacy located?

Our full-service pharmacy is located inside the Health & Wellness Services medical clinic at 1125 SE Washington Street.

Is parking available?

Yes, validated parking is available in the gated lot in front of the building for all Health & Wellness Services medical clinic patients and pharmacy customers.

What over the counter products do you stock?

How do I transfer my prescription(s)?

To transfer your prescription(s) to our pharmacy, call us at (509) 335-5742 and give us your information, including:

  • Name of the medication or prescription number located on the pharmacy label
  • Name and phone number of the original pharmacy

We will call the other pharmacy location and complete the transfer.

You can also request to transfer prescriptions to our pharmacy through the Patient Portal. When you log in, click the Refills button. Then select “New Message” and follow the instructions to submit your transfer request.

To transfer your prescription(s) from us to another pharmacy, you will need to call the pharmacy location where you would like it transferred and provide them with your information and the name of the medication or our prescription number if available. Ask them to call the Health & Wellness pharmacy at (509) 335-5742 to complete the transfer process.

How do I request a refill on my prescription(s)?

You can call the pharmacy at (509) 335-5742. Provide your name or student ID, name of the medication(s) and prescription number if available.

You can also request to refill prescriptions through the Patient Portal. When you log in, click the Refills button. Then select ‘New Message’ and follow the instructions to submit your refill request.

How long will it take for my prescription to be filled?

While we try to take care of our patients as quickly as possible, the time for prescriptions can vary depending on circumstances. Usual times are between 15-20 minutes. If you are signed up for text notification, we will send you a text when your prescription is ready and you can pick it up at your convenience.

How do I sign up for text notification when my prescription is ready?

You can sign up for text notification in person or over the phone at any time, whether you’re filling your prescription for the first time or transferring it from another pharmacy. We’ll send you a text when your prescription is ready and you can pick it up at your convenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most prescription drug insurance plans and the graduate/international student plans. We also accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Can you special order products for me?

Yes, in most cases we can have the item the next business day.

What if I’m not located in Pullman but have graduate or international student insurance through WSU?

Do you have prescriptions that you take regularly?

The Health & Wellness Services pharmacy in Pullman can fill and mail maintenance medications to students who have a WSU student insurance plan (iSHIP or GSA). Details can be found on the student insurance website for graduate students and international students.
