Appointments

We offer same-day and scheduled appointments. You can make an appointment over the phone during clinic hours or online through our Patient Portal.

Students without appointments can be assessed in triage and may be seen on the same day by a clinician depending on the severity of the problem. Urgent care cases always take priority.

Students can also access a 24-hour telephone nurse service through our main phone line (509-335-3575). In emergencies, students should call 911 or go to the emergency room at Pullman Regional Hospital.

Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is our online appointment scheduling and communication system. You can use the Patient Portal to:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments
  • Communicate securely with your provider and Health & Wellness Services
  • Request prescription refills
  • Obtain your immunization records
  • Review history of charges and payments

We are committed to protecting your personal health information. Data that you provide through the Patient Portal cannot be viewed by anyone else and is securely maintained by industry-standard encryption.

Missing, canceling, and rescheduling appointments

You will be charged a $25 fee for all missed appointments. If you are late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Call 509-335-3575 or log on to the Patient Portal to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge you the missed appointment fee.
