We want to hear from you! Our medical clinic collects patient feedback on an ongoing basis to help improve our services and ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
After every appointment, we’ll send you a patient satisfaction survey through the Patient Portal. You can take the survey anonymously or provide contact info so we can follow up on your concerns. Make sure to check your Patient Portal messages and let us know what you think!
You can also provide written feedback by filling out a comment card at the station just inside our lobby doors and placing it in the box. Or, you can print and fill out a copy at home to drop off in person or mail to us at PO Box 642302, Pullman, WA 99164-2302. Just like the survey, you can choose to fill out a comment card anonymously or to request follow-up.
