Before Your Visit: For new patients, please review the health checklist (see below, right) to confirm that all necessary forms for new patients have been completed. Then you may schedule an appointment online or by calling 509-335-3575.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment. This notice may direct you to complete an online questionnaire through our secure online portal before you arrive at your appointment.

Our health care providers will not be able to tell you exact costs of supplies and procedures. Please direct all specific fees and billing questions to our billing & insurance office. We encourage you to contact us before the date of your appointment to discuss potential fees for procedures if this is a concern for you. 

At Your Visit: Check-in time for your appointment is 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please bring your medical insurance card with you to every appointment.

Developing a relationship with a new health care provider can sometimes be stressful, but we would like to make this as easy for you as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about your medical concerns as well as how to take advantage of healthcare opportunities at WSU. Many of the common questions we receive are already answered for you on our FAQ page. Your health, comfort, and safety are always our primary concern.

Note: Please cancel or reschedule all appointments at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged a $25 fee for all missed appointments. Appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled through our secure online portal or by calling 509-335-3575.
