On January 30^th you will be receiving an email (the one that you registered with WSU) asking you to participate in a brief online survey that will contain the link to the National College Health Assessment Survey. We are asking for your help in gathering current, accurate information with regard to student health behaviors and attitudes. This will assist us in designing more effective health education programs as we work to enhance the health and safety of WSU students. Your participation is voluntary.

To show our appreciation for your assistance, upon completion of the survey you will be automatically entered into a drawing for one of seven cash prizes ranging from $50.00 to $300.00.
