Clinic Hours

The clinic and pharmcy will close at 4 p.m. on Nov. 19 for updates to our electronic medical records system. We will also be closed Nov. 26 & 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Health Checklist for
NEW WSU Students
  • Submit electronic Medical Entrance forms.
  • Submit measles immunization documents.
  • Transfer prescriptions to our full-service pharmacy.
